Together with my expedition partner, Kieron Bradly, we were the focus of two documentaries for “Discovery Channel”, these went out to their global network which has almost 1 billion subscribers. The shows rated really well and there are great plans to make a new series in the coming months.

“I have no hesitation in recommending Jason as a gifted public speaker. When describing his exploits abroad he brings a real sense of passion to the description of his journeys without the slightest taint of hubris. Jason says it as it was, but with such a sense of detail, of controlled excitement and self deprecation, that you long to join the next expedition so as to be part of the whole experience next time”
Emma Clacher, Ideation Manager, Diageo
“Hi Jason, I caught up with some of the team that took part in your session the other week and they were singing your praises, in particular how it can help us approach problems with fresh eyes, and your creative input during the session to guide and build and challenge.”
Joanna Moss, Brunswick Group LLP
“Jason is such an exciting speaker – he brings the adventure alive, involves you in the action and makes you want to be right there beside him. He always plays down how tough it was for him and focuses on the positive outcome with a healthy dose of humour and fun. No such thing as a ‘boring talk’ when JDC is around!”
Lisa McWilliam, Head of Account Management, Brandhouse WTS
“Jason is a highly inspiring public speaker and takes you through a fantastic journey whilst giving you a speech. He is particularly strong in the area of defining leadership, and I have found him very useful for motivating and energising my team at work. He is an inspiration to anyone who believes that life is out there and with the power of determination, study, discipline and passion anyone can achieve great things, he is living proof”
Mike Verdin, Journalist, Breaking Views
“I cannot recommend Jason De Carteret more highly as a public speaker. He has an amazing knowledge of terrains and peoples from the poles to the equator, fantastic stories to bring his adventures alive, and a most engaging presentational style. Whether it is a handful of people or a full conference, Jason has the wit, style and experience to keep any audience absorbed.”
